Today, I discovered the char siu chow fun. It's two of my favorite Cantonese dishes combined into one. The problem with the Joy Luck House chow funs is that the noodles are always overcooked, but I think the char siu makes up for it. Wow. I can still taste the pork. I will definitely be returning tomorrow.
